Scoping Audit

Before any deployment, we conduct a structured audit on your real data. Corpus inventory, format qualification, definition of reference domain questions — and verification that your infrastructure can host the solution without major transformation.

  • Preparatory questionnaire sent before the scoping meeting
  • Document inventory: formats (PDF, DOCX, XML, HTML…), volume, structure
  • Definition of 5 to 10 reference domain questions to measure performance
  • Infrastructure prerequisites check: CPU, RAM, storage, OS, network
  • Honest assessment of the opportunity — if your case does not fit, we say so

On-Premise Deployment

Installation of the 7 KnowWeave stack services directly on your infrastructure — no internet access required. Ingestion of your first corpus, format normalisation, first smoke tests on your real documents.

  • Air-gap Docker image transfer if required
  • Installation of 7 services: KnowWeave API, Open WebUI, Qdrant, Neo4j, Ollama, Apache Fuseki, SQL Server
  • Ingestion pipeline: multi-format parsing, normalisation, semantic chunking
  • Configuration of the sector-specific domain schema (entities, relations, hierarchies for your field)
  • Initial construction of the knowledge network according to this schema
  • Smoke tests on reference questions defined in Phase 0

Domain Expert Validation

Your experts test the solution on their real questions. Each answer is evaluated against a 3-axis grid: relevance, source traceability, data freshness. Results drive subsequent iterations on the knowledge network.
